Our goal for the year: By the end of the year your child will have a firm grasp on how to develop a plan to problem solve and a solid understanding of the importance of math in his/her daily life.

This year we will use some online testing and homework. We will also work on PC and Mac skills on different occasions.
Tests are 60% of the grade. Daily work counts for 40% of the grade. Several types of work will go into the daily average including quizzes, homework, and basic facts.
We have several goals for your child in math this year. By the end of this year we want them to feel more comfortable with math and more confident in their math ability. We want them to have a workable knowledge of math in their world. We will work all year on how to develop a plan to solve math problems.
